COURSE CALENDAR 2008

 

One of our important objectives is to spread knowledge of our products and their features to assure optimal performance and ease-of-use on daily bases. In order to achieve this we offer a number of training courses for our customers and partners. In additition, we offer a highly experienced support centre to those who need assistance on technical issues.

Autronica Fire and Security always provides the help you need.

 

AFS Support centre

Dialling the AFS Support Centre telephone + 47 815 20 300 will bring you in direct contact with one of our executive coordinators who will answer your questions. You can also use e-mail your requests to afs.support@autronicafire.no

The AFS Support Centre will help you with technical issues regarding our products and installations. For questions about orders, invoices, forwarding and deliveries, please contact our main office, tel: +47 73 58 25 00.

Most of the answers on technical issues regarding products can easily be found on the AFS Web site (data sheets, technical handbooks, applications, product descriptions etc). Therefore, we kindly request that before contacting the AFS Support Centre, please spend some minutes on the Product page. Product documentation is available on request. Please specify the documentation you need, and use the e-mail address on the Product page to e-mail your request.

The AFS Support Centre is open all working days between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. local Norwegian time.

tRAINING courses


Facilities
We have a fully equipped conference room with modern technology and models of our fire-alarm systems and products. These models are used in courses to reinforce the theoretical aspects of the training, by making the participants execute training tasks on our systems and products, in operational and maintenance scenarios similar to their workplace.

Course Instructors
In addition to formal education, our course instructors have wide experience from working with fire-alarm systems. Most of them also have years of experience in teaching.

How to register for AFS Courses
Please contact the Course Coordinator directly for registration or questions on courses at +47 73 58 23 20 or e-mail your request to here.  An enrolment letter will be mailed to you when Autronica Fire and Security has received the registration. You have to be registered as a customer to attend a course.

Daily Schedule
Classes normally run from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 pm on Friday. Lunch is normally from noon until 1:00 p.m.

Prices
The prices are given on request.

Arrival
Please arrive at the training centre at least 10 minutes before starting time.

Cancellation Requests
Autronica Fire and Security has a minimum limit of 3 students participating at technical courses, and any courses with fewer enrolled students will be cancelled. Students who fail to show up for class, without prior notification, will be charged in full.

Special Requirements
Some of our courses demand special technical skills, either from formal technical education, work experience or other Autronica Fire and Security courses.
