For our certified technical customers involved in installing, commissioning, and maintenance on existing and new installations, the Autronica Support Centre will help you with technical issues regarding our products and installations.

Our support team will be asking for a few details regarding your system, please prepare to answer the following questions:
- What kind of system do you have?
- Are you standing next to the main control panel? If not, please move to this panel.
- Do you have the panel key available?
- What happened leading up to the incident? (Service, maintenance, power failure or similar)
- If the panel is in a system, how many other panels are connected?
- In what installation/address/vessel is the system installed?
