Training

Registration must always be made in writing. We match our training courses to the group of participants, in other words the target group and the number of participants. The necessary preparations take a considerable amount of time. We therefore ask you to respect the closing date of no later than 30 days before the start of the training course.

During training: Any recording (audio or video) of the training is NOT permitted! Failure to adhere to this policy results in immediate termination of the training for the person in question.

The short-notice cancellation to a training incurs costs for additional administrative work. If a training participant cancels their attendance at the course after registration has been confirmed, we will charge a processing fee of NOK 1,000.

If the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the start of the course, we reserve the right to submit an invoice for 50% of the course fee.

If the registered training participant fails to appear, the whole course fee becomes due.

If the client wants to nominate a substitute participant, ample notice of at least 2 weeks before the scheduled training and a written guarantee that all course preparations (digital modules, reception of test kit, etc.) have been made will have to be submitted at the time of the notice.

For customized training: If the client cancels the course less than two weeks before the date of the course, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed price for the training course. The rule does not apply where a substitute date is agreed and no further costs are thus incurred. We consider travelling time as working time. The costs incurred for travel to and from the destination as well as for overnight accommodation are stated in the inclusive prices stated in our quotation.

In addition, as substantial administrative effort is involved in the enrollment and course assignment of participants, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation if the participant’s exact information (first name, last name, individual email, company) was not provided in a complete manner and/or less than one month before the scheduled training.

The registration links registered participants receive are for the individual and unique use by registered participants only! The link may not be transferred/shared with others. Failure in adhering to this policy can result in cancellation of your participation.

As we have to guarantee the high quality and efficiency of our training, we reserve the right to turn away or terminate the participation of attendees if the proper preparation (outlined above) was not completed. It goes beyond the scope of this course to review basic information that was already shared in the digital learning modules.

Most courses taught by Autronica have a digital component that registered participants will get access to one month before the scheduled in-person training.

We require a valid Purchase Order (PO) number at the time of your enrollment. Training attendance is invoiced upon completion of the course.
