Most of our courses include e-learning modules. In case of courses that include e-learning AND classroom training, we require the e-learning to be completed BEFORE the classroom training. This is to make sure that all learners have the same knowledge before they go into a specialized classroom. Only after the e-learning AND classroom training are completed, will the learners receive the certification!

REGIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Please note: To guarantee access to the TalentLMS e-learning portal, you’ll need to whitelist a few key items. First, you should allow access to your TalentLMS portal domain (for example, yourcompany.talentlms.com) and any custom domain you might be using (like lms.yourbusiness.com). For content delivery, TalentLMS uses AWS S3 and CloudFront, but in most cases it’s enough to whitelist the main TalentLMS domain and any mapped custom domains. If you are using SSO, they should also whitelist the relevant SSO endpoints (SAML, OpenID, or your IdP’s URLs), including https://[your-domain].talentlms.com and the related SSO endpoints.

On the certificate side, for SSO (SAML, OpenID, etc.), you will need the SAML certificate in PEM format or an X.509 certificate from your identity provider; TalentLMS supports RSA certificates. For custom domains, SSL/TLS certificates are handled by TalentLMS when you use CNAME mapping.
