Responsible disclosure
We value the security research community and welcome reports of vulnerabilities in our products and services. If you have found a security issue in an Autronica product or service, report it to us and we validate and resolve it.
Reporting
Reports may be submitted anonymously. Include the affected product and version, a description of the issue and its impact, and the steps to reproduce it. The more detail you provide, the faster we can act.
When researching a vulnerability
- Investigate only as far as needed to demonstrate the issue. Do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours.
- Do not disrupt or degrade our services, and do not test on live or in-service systems.
- Do not run denial-of-service tests, and do not target our staff, customers, or partners with social engineering.
- Keep the details confidential until a fix is available. We will coordiante with you if necessary.
What we will do
We will acknowledge your report, validate the issue and setup action plans, including potential fixes and coordination on public disclosure.
Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
Autronica makes products with digital elements for the EU market and handles vulnerabilities in line with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847). Where a reported vulnerability is being actively exploited, we are required to notify the relevant authorities, including the national CSIRT and ENISA, and we will keep affected users informed.
