Training Participation Policy
Purpose
This policy establishes the requirements, responsibilities, and expectations for individuals participating in Autronica training programs, including e-learning and instructor-led classroom training.
Learner Acknowledgment Requirement
Prior to receiving access to any Autronica training program, learners may be required to review and acknowledge applicable training policies, procedures, rules, and requirements. Access to training materials, assessments, and credentialing activities may be withheld until all required acknowledgments have been completed.
E-Learning Access and Completion
Access to Autronica e-learning content is provided for a period of six (6) weeks from the date the activation link is issued.
Learners are responsible for completing all assigned e-learning modules within the six-week access period. Access to the training content may expire at the end of this period.
If a learner does not complete the required training within the allotted timeframe, Autronica reserves the right to require the submission of a new Purchase Order (PO) and payment of applicable training fees before access can be reinstated.
Credential Eligibility
Successful completion of all required e-learning modules, assessments, practical exercises, and other applicable training requirements is a prerequisite for obtaining an Autronica credential.
Completion of only a portion of the required training does not qualify a learner for credential issuance. Autronica reserves the right to deny, suspend, revoke, or withhold credentials when training requirements have not been satisfactorily completed.
Classroom Conduct
Learners are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and safe manner during all training activities. Participants must comply with instructor directions, facility requirements, and applicable health and safety procedures.
Autronica reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the learning environment or violates training policies.
No Recording Policy
To protect proprietary information, intellectual property, and the learning environment, audio recording, video recording, photography, screen capture, livestreaming, or any other form of recording of training sessions, presentations, demonstrations, discussions, assessments, or training materials is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization has been granted by Autronica.
Unauthorized recording, distribution, publication, sharing, or storage of training content may result in removal from the training program, denial of credential eligibility, and other actions deemed appropriate by Autronica.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, presentations, assessments, manuals, documentation, and related materials provided by Autronica remain the intellectual property of Autronica or its licensors.
Training materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, published, or shared without prior written authorization from Autronica.
Policy Enforcement
Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension or termination of training access, cancellation of enrollment, withholding of credentials, or other corrective actions as determined by Autronica.
Autronica reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The most current version will be published on the Autronica website.
