Autronica strengthens southern European presence with acquisition of AutroItalia operations

Autronica Fire & Security has expanded its presence in Southern Europe through the acquisition of the Autronica distribution operations of AutroItalia S.r.l., its long-standing and well established provider of fire and gas detection systems to the maritime sector based in Italy.
The acquisition enhances Autronica’s direct presence in a key maritime market and supports the company’s long-term growth strategy in the global fire and gas safety industry.
Based in Genova, Italy, AutroItalia has exclusively represented Autronica for several years and have built a strong reputation for technical expertise, customer service, and deep regulatory and system integration knowledge in fire and gas detection systems.
